A NEW MEMBERS CLUB. A NEW DIRECTION FOR COMMUNICATIONS.

THE BRIEF: The brand had already launched in London with their first official club. It was time to grow and consolidate the initiatives that were being activated under the hero brand umbrella. Our job was to help provide clarity & consolidation of the new brand activities across platforms.

OUR RESPONSE: We conducted a selection of new member interviews as well as a collaborative session with the team to help unify language and tone of the brand alignment.

What was achieved

Resulted in the creation of the brand’s first communication guide that supported the set up of key collateral such as; Site, email and brand magazine.
