THE BRIEF: We were originally brought on to support the brand to produce a social first strategy at a time of significant organisational/structural change. The brand was still getting to grips with social as part of the 360 consumer experience and needed to pivot thinking, content and ideas to be able to address consumers in a significantly social media led age.
OUR RESPONSE: We worked with the social team to understand pain points, ambitions and goals to create both a consolidated point of view in social as well as a truly social first narrative that allowed the department to make its mark within the organisation.
